Jacopo Pausa is a 21-years-old musician, guitarist, and songwriter from Italy. He started playing guitar when he was only 7-years old. We already have made communication with him back in March 2020 when he shared news about his music album.
This is the second time how we are writing something about him. Today we would like to present to you his guitar intro of the song “Romeo and Juliet.”
Namely, he shared this video on his Instagram profile. He has tagged us on the video and sent us a message.
“I’ve always wanted to learn ‘Romeo and Juliet’ intro since I first heard it when I was a child. It’s one of my favorite songs and according to Eric Clapton the perfect love song. I can’t get enough of it really!” he said.
We also have asked him which Dire Straits song he would like to do next time as an intro or maybe a full cover video. So he just added: “I don’t really know. I’ve done even a personal version of the last solo from ‘Sultans of Swing.’ Maybe ‘Brothers in Arms’ or ‘Money for Nothing.’”
In the end, he just wanted to share one more thing with all our readers.
“I’ve started recording a new album. My music is deeply inspired by Dire Straits and I can’t wait to release new songs!” he finished.
Below is the full video intro of ‘Romeo and Juliet’ by Jacopo Pausa. Is definitely one of his favorites songs of all time. Enjoy listening to it and click here if you want to read the first blog-post about him on DSB.
