No True Valour is a band from the Central belt in Scotland. The band is formed by Jonathan Macfarlane and his friend Andy. In April 2021, we’ve been shared a blog post about No True Valour and their song ‘Living My Years’. That was a song that mainly was inspired by Mark Knopfler’s music style. So now, we would like to present to you “I Remember,” the newest song by No True Valour published in 2021. Jonathan for our blog said: “I hope that you’re all well. Here is our new song that seems to be doing not too badly on Spotify. I hope that you’ll like it and give us thumbs up,” he finished.

Jonathan and his friend Andy are playing all sorts of instruments in their studio and they’re creating songs together. Their band is pretty new and they’re working hard to touch as many as possible is people and audiences.

They’re both fans of the music of Dire Straits and Mark Knopfler. Once Jonathan said: “Knopfler was a big influence on me. When I was young I didn’t watch cartoons etc. I was preferred to watch Live AID gig. That’s where the Knopfler influence all started for me.”

From the song “I Remember” you can listen to a very good mix of guitars, drums, and some bass style of music. It’s pretty much a mix of rock n’ roll, pop, country, techno, and retro.
