We already wrote two blog posts about this beautiful girl from Portugal. Anabela Silva (21) is again with the Dire Straits Blog.
The reason why we wrote this third blog post about her is because she has made amazing cover version from “Why Worry”. The amazing and relaxing song from the fifth studio album of Dire Straits from 1985 – Brothers in Arms.
The length of the video where Anabela played the song is one minute and thirty seconds, and on this journey she shows us her amazing voice.
Before 4 months when we made the first interview with Anabela, she told us who musicians have most influenced on her talent and of course in that group were Mark Knopfler together with Dire Straits, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, Johnny Cash and Joss Stone.
“Dire Straits are not inspiration, they are the air I breath, it’s a completely different thing”, she added.
On her Facebook Fan Page, Anabela wrote: “For those who do not follow flocks, escape to convenience and are not afraid to face the world with the few who think in the same way.
