John hits the road once again for an energetic sprint around the UK to bring you The Life and Times of Dire Straits: An Evening of Music and Memories.
John Illsley together with the former Dire Straits manager Paul Cummins announced their journey across the UK this November. Namely, they will be traveling around the UK, and Paul will be together with John during this journey which would be about the life and times of Dire Straits.
According to what John posted on his Facebook page he said: “Paull Cummins and I will be traveling around the UK this November. Paul will be grilling me on the life and times of Dire Straits and I’ll be playing acoustic versions of some new and very familiar music with Robbie McIntosh and my band.”
This journey will be about the story of Dire Straits from their humble beginnings on a council estate in Deptford to multi-platinum selling records and giant arena concerts.
