Daniel is not only passionate about music but also enjoys experimenting with unusual materials. He contacted us to share a project that would definitely surprise guitar fans and creative minds around the world.
Inspired by the work of Burls Art, who became famous for creating a guitar from 1,200 pencils, Daniel decided to build his own one-of-a-kind instrument. His goal was to create a custom guitar using udon noodles combined with epoxy resin and UV powder effects.
The result was the unique “Noodlecaster” — a fully functional guitar that combines craftsmanship, creativity, and a little bit of humor. Daniel’s project also gained wider attention after his video was featured on the TV show “Right This Minute – The Viral Video Show.”
“I was inspired by Burls Art doing his Epoxy Guitar, so I decided to do something no one has ever dared before. A guitar out of Udon Noodles with some UV powder to spice things up. How Daniel Built the Noodlecaster Guitar

The first step was collecting a large number of noodles, which became the main material for the guitar body. After that, Daniel used approximately five kilograms of epoxy resin to combine and strengthen the structure.
The next important step was preparing the guitar components and making sure the body could support all the necessary parts. Daniel also used silicone and special UV powder to create the final visual effect and give the guitar its unique appearance.
Although the idea sounds unusual, the process required careful planning, patience, and woodworking skills. The finished result proves that creative ideas can transform almost any material into something extraordinary.
