Antonio Gouveia sent his message on August 10, 2024, just a few days before Mark Knopfler’s birthday. In his email, Antonio explained that he wanted to share his interpretation of “Tunnel of Love” as a tribute to one of his biggest musical inspirations.
“As an unconditional fan of the King Mark Knopfler and as I was also born on August 12th, I am sending my interpretation of the song: ‘Tunnel of Love’ as a tribute to his 75th birthday.”
