David Claux the musician and guitarist from France, has made a new phenomenal cover video for the song “Telegraph Road.”

Claux has published his cover video on the day of the 38th Anniversary of the album ‘Love Over Gold,’ by Dire Straits. This was the fourth studio album by the band, released worldwide on September 20th, 1982. The album includes five classic hit songs, but the first song on the album is “Telegraph Road.”

“The first video I published on YouTube four years ago, was a cover of the final ‘Telegraph Road’ solo. Since then I have covered a few other songs, each one in its entirety. Lately, I’ve been thinking that ‘Telegraph Road’ deserved a full cover as well, so here it is. I hope you’ll enjoy it,” he said.

“’Telegraph Road’ is my favorite song ever. It means a lot to me and has accompanied me since I was a high school student. It brings inspiration and motivation and picks me up when I feel low. I chose to publish it on September 20th, which marks the anniversary of the release of the Love Over Gold album. Three years before I was introduced to Dire Straits,” he finished.

It can be seen that the video was made very professionally by David Claux. Otherwise, this is one of the first videos published ever on YouTube for the song “Telegraph Road” which includes a full cover version. If you have a 14-minutes today, listen to this phenomenal version. The video includes all fourth solos of the song, steel and electric guitar, and vocals.

So far, David has shared with us great cover videos including: “Southbound Again,” “Romeo and Juliet,” “Matchstick Man,” “Going Home,” “Lady Writer,” and “Sultans of Swing.”
