Razat Tamang is a 24-years-old musician and music lover from India. He is currently living in Shillong which is the capital of Meghalaya, the hilly state in Northeastern India.

Finally, he has finished the second part of his solo for the song “Sultans of Swing” by Dire Straits. After several attempts to do a solo of this song on his guitar, he did not give up. He couldn’t play this solo on the guitar, so he decided to try on his piano.

You can find the one-minute video below where Razat played the solo. “I finally completed my solo. I tried on my piano with my lovely and cute sister with her great action,” he wrote.

For Dire Straits Blog, he also shared some stories from his life. “I started playing piano in 2009. Since then that’s my profession, and I take this as my career. I perform live and I just want to spread love, peace, and respect. If you asking me, that’s my motto. I know that I’m not exactly a professional pianist, but I hope that one day I will be professional.”

“I like pop and rock music. Every band for me is equal to another. Dire Straits is one of my favorite bands since I started listening to them. My dad listened to Dire Straits, so the first song which I listened to was “Sultans of Swing.” Of course because of my dad,” he finished.
