Today we would like to share another full cover by our dear friend and musician Jake Thistle. Our community already knows him, and he once again has proved that he is a real fan of Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits.
The video that is below is uploaded on YouTube on February 6, 2021. It is a full cover video from the song “Romeo and Juliet” by Jake Thistle. This song is one of the greatest hit ballads ever, especially from Dire Straits.
The interesting part is that Jake has performed this song on keyboards. Also, as he said this is a pretty different cover from him. “I tried a couple of different things I’ve never tried before in a single song. And as the result this has ended up with a great cover,” he said.
“This is the first time I thought to do both keys and guitars in the same live video,” he added.
