Joe Schofield is a world-renowned bartender and in today’s blog post he will teach you how to make the ‘Brothers in Arms’ drink. Joe has worked in some of the most top bars around the world including The American Bar at The Savoy, London, and The Tippling Club in Singapore.

First of all, we need to know that Joe has made this incredible light and refreshing drink with gin. This drink is his own creation, and it’s named after the 1985 track by Dire Straits.

The ‘Brothers in Arms’ drink uses the Portobello Road Gin – Local Heroes 3, made in collaboration with Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits.
This creation of drink is a personal one by Joe of his tastes as well as it’s a story-telling drink.
The recipe for this drink is:
35ml Local Heroes No.3 Gin
25ml Manzanilla Sherry
Top with Pedrino Tonic
Serve on ice in a high glass and garnish with lemon peel and a Sicilian olive.
